While we occassionally do traditional screen printing at Big Frog, most often we employee a form of screen printing called UltraPrint. UltraPrint uses suspended PVC particles in the ink applied to a garment (as opposed to paint particles in traditional Screen Print) that make colors more robust and tends to make the art slightly more durable than traditional paint based screen print. Our UltraPrint process also meets the American Child Safety Act standards for fire retardness.
Like traditional screen print, however, UltraPrint normally does require a minimum order size in order to be cost effective for custom orders. The size of the minimum order required depends on the type of fabric the art is to be applied to and the number of colors in the design (like traditional screen print).
