Returns & Refunds

At ABSApparel we strive to BLOW OUR CUSTOMERS AWAY with the quality of our service and our products!!  If you have any isses at all with your product when you receive it please call us immediately at the number below to discuss the issue.  Together we'll decide how to best proceed.

In our fulfillment process we carefully hand inspect every garment at the time of decoration to ensure that it is free from defect.  Because we cannot unprint or unembroider a garment, generally, all sales are final and returns for refund will not be accepted. Returns for replacement will be accepted in the event that we send an incorrect garment or incorrect garment size, or if there is a defect in the garment,  provided that the garment is unwashed and unworn.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned.  Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.  We will however ship at our expense any items that are being replaced because of our error.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support or call (770) 889-3764 to discuss your issue.
  2. Include your receipt in the return package noting the issue.
